We are seeking a skilled and personable Nurse Injector to join the Bella Bela Aesthetics team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, a refined aesthetic eye, and a conservative, personalized approach to injectable treatments. You should be confident building long-term relationships with clients while delivering natural-looking results and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s goals
• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers within your professional scope of practice
• Educate clients on treatments, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation
• Follow all clinical, sanitation, safety, and regulatory protocols
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional care and follow-up
• Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, trends, and continuing education
• Collaborate with the Bella Bela team to create a seamless, luxury client experience

We’re Looking For

• Active and unrestricted nursing license appropriate for the position and jurisdiction
• Required injectable training and certifications
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, polished, warm, and client-focused demeanor
• Commitment to ethical treatment recommendations and natural-looking results
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a boutique aesthetics environment
• Previous aesthetic injecting experience preferred

We are also seeking a passionate Medical Aesthetician who loves skincare, education, and creating customized treatment experiences.

Our ideal candidate understands that beautiful skin is a journey. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their concerns, create thoughtful treatment plans, recommend appropriate professional skincare, and provide an experience that makes every visit feel personal and elevated.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed skincare consultations and skin assessments
• Perform aesthetic services within your license, training, and scope of practice
• Create customized treatment and skincare plans
• Educate clients about professional treatments, home care, and long-term skin health
• Recommend appropriate professional skincare products
• Document treatments and client progress accurately
• Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and safety standards
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Support client retention, rebooking, and treatment-plan continuity
• Stay educated on emerging skincare technologies, treatments, and products
• Collaborate with providers to support comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans

We’re Looking For

• Current aesthetician/esthetician license as required by applicable state law
• Training and certifications appropriate for services performed
• Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, treatment protocols, and contraindications
• Excellent consultation and client-education skills
• A genuine passion for aesthetics and skin health
• Warm, polished, reliable, and professional presence
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to confidently recommend treatments and skincare without creating a high-pressure sales experience
• Previous medical spa or aesthetic practice experience preferred
