What to Expect for Onboarding
- Personal Intake: We will securely send you intake forms so that we can look at YOU; your story, personal experiences, health history, wins, losses and dreams to develop a personalized plan.
- Functional Medicine Labs: We will have you come in person to Bella Bela Aesthetics in Sherborn for a quick blood draw. Please call before coming in (857)800-3597 and arrive hydrated. At this time we will schedule your in depth consultation with our Functional Wellness Practitioner Shandell.
- Initial Consultation & Action Plan: This is a virtual 60 min in-depth consultation with Shandell. She will go over intake forms, interpret labs and will create a an action plan that is uniquely yours. You will then schedule an appointment with our NP Belsy to begin treatment.
- RX implementation: This is an in person 60 min appointment with Belsy to discuss and begin your RX Functional wellness medications.

What to Expect During Treatment
- One monthly virtual 30 min follow-up with Shandell to discuss wellness protocol in areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and supplementation.
- Access to 20% off professional grade supplements via my Fullscript dispensary
- Continuous text and email support from both Belsy and Shandell.
- Unlimited refills of medications, vitamins and peptides included in program.
- Functional Medicine Labs Included: every 3-6 months as required for monitoring.
- Every 12-weeks or as needed basis you will meet with Belsy for a virtual 30 min follow-up for RX management.
